Optimised structural analysis
Optimisation of the main unit structure through structural analysis reduces the height of the machine and maintains the dynamic rigidity of the bed during heavy machining. The dynamic rigidity of the bed can be maintained even during heavy cutting. Moreover, the HD-3105 adopts a 30° inclined bed, which greatly improves its machining stability.
Integrated Cutting Fluid Tank
The cutting fluid tank is mounted at the front of the bed to improve ease of use, while the right side of the machine can be cleaned of ferrous chips.
Hard Rail
The use of hard rails on all axes provides excellent vibration absorption even during heavy cutting, ensuring high quality products. This ensures high quality products.
