One-piece bed
Optimized structural analysis
Through advanced structural analysis, the main unit is optimized to reduce machine height while maintaining dynamic rigidity during heavy machining. The HD-3105's 30° inclined bed further improves machining stability.
Integrated Cutting Fluid Tank
The cutting fluid tank, mounted at the bed's front, enhances ease of use, while the machine's right side allows for convenient cleaning of ferrous chips.

 

Hard Rail
The use of hard rails on all axes provides excellent vibration absorption during heavy cutting, ensuring the production of high-quality products. The Z-axis, in particular, is designed with a long shaft to perform exceptionally well in machining products with extended shaft lengths.

Sealed GIB construction
The X-axis guideway mounting surface is sealed with a GIB structure, minimizing damage from cutting and enhancing longevity.
