One-piece bed
Optimized structural analysis
Optimization of the main unit structure through advanced structural analysis reduces the machine's height while maintaining dynamic rigidity during heavy machining. The bed's dynamic rigidity remains stable even during intense cutting. Additionally, the HD-3105 features a 30° inclined bed for enhanced machining stability.
Integrated Cutting Fluid Tank
The cutting fluid tank is strategically positioned at the front of the bed for improved accessibility, allowing easy cleaning of ferrous chips on the machine's right side.

 

Hard Rail
The deployment of hard rails on all axes delivers superior vibration absorption during heavy cutting, ensuring the production of high-quality products. Specifically, the Z-axis is designed with an elongated shaft for exceptional performance when machining products with long shaft lengths.

Sealed GIB construction
The X-axis guideway's mounting surface is sealed with a GIB structure, minimizing cutting-induced damage to the guideway. This sealed GIB structure not only diminishes potential damage but also enhances the overall durability of the X-axis guideway.
