One-piece bed
Optimised structural analysis
Through advanced structural analysis, the main unit's design is optimized to reduce the machine's height while maintaining dynamic rigidity during heavy machining. The HD-3105, with its 30° inclined bed, greatly boosts machining stability.
Integrated Cutting Fluid Tank
The cutting fluid tank is conveniently positioned at the front of the bed for enhanced usability, while the right side is designed for easy cleaning of ferrous chips.

 

Hard Rail
The use of hard rails on all axes ensures superb vibration absorption even during heavy-duty cutting, guaranteeing the production of high-quality products. The Z-axis, with its long shaft, excels in machining products with extended shaft lengths.

Sealed GIB construction
The X-axis guideway mounting surface is fortified with a sealed GIB structure to minimize damage from cutting, enhancing the longevity and performance of the X-axis guideway.
