One-piece bed
Optimized structural analysis
Through structural analysis, the main unit structure is optimized to reduce machine height while maintaining the bed's dynamic rigidity during heavy machining. The HD-3105 model features a 30° inclined bed that greatly enhances machining stability.
Integrated Cutting Fluid Tank
The cutting fluid tank is front-mounted on the bed for improved accessibility, while the right side facilitates the cleaning of ferrous chips.

 

Hard Rail
The incorporation of hard rails on all axes provides excellent vibration absorption during heavy cutting, ensuring the production of high-quality products. The Z-axis is specifically designed with a long shaft for superior performance in machining long shaft products.

Sealed GIB Construction
The X-axis guideway mounting surface is sealed with a GIB structure to minimize damage caused by cutting debris, thereby improving the longevity and integrity of the X-axis guideway.
