Through meticulous structural analysis, the main unit structure is optimized to reduce machine height while maintaining dynamic bed rigidity during heavy machining. With a 30° inclined bed, the HD-3105 significantly improves machining stability, ensuring consistent performance under rigorous conditions.
Integrated Cutting Fluid Tank
The cutting fluid tank is conveniently mounted at the front of the bed, enhancing ease of use, and allowing efficient cleaning of ferrous chips from the right side of the machine.

 

Hard Rail
Hard rails on all axes provide superior vibration absorption, even during heavy cutting, ensuring the production of high-quality products. Specifically, the Z-axis features a long shaft design, excelling in machining products with extended shaft lengths.

Sealed GIB Construction
The X-axis guideway mounting surface is securely sealed with a GIB structure, minimizing damage from cutting and enhancing the longevity of the X-axis guideway.

The symmetrically designed spindle box, equipped with a heat dissipation plate, significantly reduces thermal deformation.
