One-piece bed
Optimized structural analysis
Through advanced structural analysis, the primary unit structure is optimized to lower the machine's height while maintaining the dynamic rigidity of the bed during heavy-duty machining operations. Even under intensive cutting conditions, the HD-3105 with its 30° inclined bed offers remarkable stability.
Integrated Cutting Fluid Tank
The cutting fluid tank, positioned at the front of the bed, enhances usability and allows for easy cleaning of ferrous chips from the machine's right side.

 

Hard Rail
The implementation of hard rails on all axes delivers superior vibration absorption, ensuring high-quality output even during heavy-duty machining. Notably, the Z-axis's design with a long shaft excels in machining items with extended shaft lengths.

Sealed GIB construction
