One-piece bed
Optimized Structural Analysis
Through meticulous structural analysis, the main unit's structure is optimized to reduce machine height while maintaining dynamic rigidity during heavy machining tasks. The HD-3105 adopts a 30° inclined bed, greatly enhancing stability and precision.
Integrated Cutting Fluid Tank
The cutting fluid tank is conveniently mounted at the front of the bed for easy access, while the right side of the machine allows for efficient cleaning of ferrous chips.

 

Hard Rail
Hard rails on all axes ensure excellent vibration absorption, even during heavy cutting, guaranteeing high-quality products. The Z-axis, designed with a long shaft, excels in machining long shaft-length products.

Sealed GIB Construction
