One-piece bed
Optimised structural analysis
Enhanced structural analysis optimizes the main unit structure, reducing machine height while maintaining the dynamic rigidity of the bed during heavy machining. Even under intense cutting, dynamic bed rigidity is preserved. Additionally, the HD-3105 adopts a 30° inclined bed for superior machining stability.
Integrated Cutting Fluid Tank
The cutting fluid tank is strategically positioned at the front of the bed for improved usability, allowing the right side of the machine to be easily cleaned of ferrous chips.

 

Hard Rail
Utilizing hard rails on all axes delivers exceptional vibration absorption during heavy cutting, ensuring top-tier product quality. Notably, the Z-axis's long shaft design excels in the machining of products with extended shaft lengths.

Sealed GIB construction
The X-axis guideway mounting surface is fortified with a sealed GIB structure, minimizing damage from cutting and enhancing durability. This design significantly reduces wear on the X-axis guideway, improving longevity and performance.
