One-piece bed
Optimized structural analysis
Through sophisticated structural analysis, the design optimization of the main unit reduces the machine's height while maintaining bed rigidity during heavy machining. The HD-3105 model, with its 30° inclined bed, greatly enhances machining stability, even under intense operational conditions.
Integrated Cutting Fluid Tank
The cutting fluid tank is strategically mounted at the front of the bed for improved accessibility, while ferrous chips can be efficiently removed from the right side of the machine.

 

Hard Rail
Hard rails on all axes offer exceptional vibration absorption during heavy cutting, ensuring the highest quality products. The Z-axis features an extended shaft, which excels in machining products with long shaft lengths, maintaining superior performance.

Sealed GIB construction
The X-axis guideway mounting surface is protected with a sealed GIB structure, minimizing damage from cutting and enhancing longevity. This sealed GIB structure effectively safeguards the X-axis guideway from cutting-induced damage.
